The Lauritzen Outpatient Center opened in November of 2016 and is Nebraska Medicine/UNMC’s new four-story, 170,000 square foot facility designed specifically for one-stop, patient-centered care.

Optimized Systems has been hired to work with UNMC’s facility team to perform retro-commissioning of various mechanical system components and then optimize the facility’s mechanical and building management systems for performance and energy efficiency. Optimized Systems is also on-call to provide support for system alarms during off-hours.
