Due to the impact of the new systems and improvements on the affected schools building operations and the limited resources available for building operations, Optimized Systems was contracted to provide Building Advocation Services during the warranty period for 12 of the Phase I schools. In this supporting role, Optimized Systems monitored system performance remotely, responded to comfort complaints, and managed all warranty issues during the advocation period. Optimized Systems also provided one-on-one and small group training as needed to OPS facility staff on the equipment and controls they operate, empowering them to be more successful at their jobs. Building Advocation helped ensure a smooth and successful first-year of operations for each building.
