Based on the success of the commissioning performed during Phase I of the Bond Program, Omaha Public Schools (OPS) engaged Optimized Systems to continue in the commissioning role for Phase II. The $409.9 million Phase II involves improvements and additions at 14 additional schools, as well as construction of two new high schools and a new elementary school.

Optimized Systems continues working as a partner with the Bond Program team, providing troubleshoot, recommending solutions, and offering value-engineering options as needed.
