Coronavirus: A Note to Our Clients & Colleagues

Dear Clients & Colleagues,

As the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to unfold in our community, I wanted to update our clients, colleagues and friends as to the status of our business operations: Optimized Systems is operating fully, and we are here if you need support.

Everyone’s safety is our number one concern. Therefore, we have implemented a Virus Mitigation Plan to guide our daily operations that will help to minimize the spread of the coronavirus and the potential for exposure by our employees, our client’s and their employees, trade contractors and others. While the details of our Virus Mitigation Plan can be viewed via the link, know that we have significantly modified our work practices – in the office and in the field – to ensure that social distancing, travel restrictions and other promulgated requirements and recommendations are implemented.

Communication, technology and connectivity have always been key to supporting our clients’ building operations and moving their projects forward. Be assured that Optimized Systems has robust technological capabilities and that our operations and commitment to our clients remains undiminished. Whether in person, through video conferencing or other collaborative means, we are here to support you and your team in whatever fashion best meets your circumstances – today and for as long as you need.

We are in unprecedented times facing unprecedented challenges. But, if we face these challenges together, as a team, we will be stronger and we will overcome them. And we’ll be an even stronger team when it is all over.
