Career Summary

Mike joined Optimized Systems in 2018 with more than 30 years of experience in small business operations, including strategic planning, marketing, business development, field operations, regulatory compliance, and various accounting and business finance functions. Mike also has 12 years of hands-on experience as a Sr. Project Manager performing and overseeing site investigations, project scope development, project estimating, proposal development, project management and client liaison functions for numerous hazardous materials investigation and remediation projects at various public and private sector facilities throughout the United States, including Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities. Mike’s business acumen and project development experience enable him to help clients work through the conceptualization, feasibility and business aspects of energy improvements.


Mike is a husband and father of four and grandfather of seven who loves the outdoors. For the past 30-some years, Mike has been involved with family and parish-related activities and events, seemingly non-stop. He is currently in search of boredom.
