Career Summary

Chad joined Optimized System as a Systems Specialist, bringing with him considerable, well-rounded experience in both the technical and business aspects of HVAC systems and building automation controls. On the technical side, Chad has planned, specified, engineered, and lead the installation, integration and support of numerous controls systems for some of the largest and smallest organizations in our community. Chad’s experience as a manager of business operations in the industry gives him additional perspective that enhances his effectiveness for our company and value for our clients.

Personal

Chad is a husband and a father of three. He enjoys playing golf, snowmobiling, bowling, fishing, and attending his kids’ sporting events. Oh, and practicing his Bruce Willis impersonation when time permits.
