Chad has over 35 years of management, engineering design, commissioning, and construction experience. From programming and master planning to design, construction, and retro-commissioning, Chad has led many successful project teams. He has experience in several market sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Pharmaceutical Production, Research Laboratory, Retail, Office, and Industrial Manufacturing. His experience includes several complex projects involving semi-conductor clean rooms, Bio-safety Level 3 labs, hospital surgical suites, Central Plant systems, and a host of highly diverse test and research facilities for multiple clients.

Personal

Chad, a husband, father, and grandfather, enjoys sports and loves traveling—with several countries on his passport. For Chad, life is a beach. Not only does he live on one, but he and his wife stay busy working to reach their goal to spend 52 weeks on 52 different beaches!
